Who this policy covers
This policy explains what information Riverside Concrete Company collects when you visit our website, call us or ask for an estimate, and what we do with it. We're a concrete contractor in Riverside, CA, and we pour driveways, patios, slabs and other flatwork for homeowners and businesses in the Riverside area.
It applies to this website, starting from our home page, and to the information you send us through it. If you want to know more about who we are before reading further, our About page covers that. This policy was last updated in November 2026.
Information you give us
Most of what we know about you is what you choose to tell us when you fill out our estimate form, call us or email us. That usually includes:
Your name, phone number and email address, so we can reach you about your project.
The address of the property, so our crew can come out and look at the job.
Details about the work, such as the size of the driveway or patio, what's wrong with the old slab and any photos you send.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, which receives what you type and passes it to us. We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through the website, so please don't send them that way.
Information collected automatically through analytics and cookies
When you visit the site, some information is collected on its own, the way it is on most websites. This can include your browser and device type, the pages you look at, how long you stay, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your internet connection.
We use this information to see which pages people find useful and to fix ones that don't work well. We may use analytics tools and cookies to collect it. Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember a visit.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features, like the contact form, may need cookies from the form service to submit properly.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to answer your questions, schedule and give estimates, plan and do the work, send invoices and follow up after the job. We also use it to keep our own records and to meet our tax, licensing and legal duties.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to other companies for their marketing. If we ever send you anything beyond messages about your own project, you can tell us to stop and we will.
When we share it
We share information only when it's needed to run the business or the job. That can mean the services that host this website, run our contact form, handle our email and phone, and provide our analytics, each of which handles the information on our behalf.
We may also share what's needed with a supplier or another trade working on your project, with a city or county office when a job requires it, or with anyone the law requires us to share it with. If the business were ever sold, customer records could pass to the new owner under this same policy.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to finish the work, answer questions about it later and meet our record-keeping and tax obligations. When we no longer need a record, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
If you send a form and we never do the job, we keep the request only as long as it's useful for following up with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is kept by the analytics service for its own set period and is not tied to your name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. If you live in California, state privacy law may give you these rights, and we honor the same requests from any customer or visitor.
We won't treat you differently or charge you more for asking. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website, email or phone system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be exposed.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a home or business. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top, so check back if you want to see what's current.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information, want to make a request or think we've handled something wrong, reach out through our contact page or call us at (951) 631-9520. Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we'll reply and work it out with you directly.
